The old saying is that “you can chose your friends, but not your family” and maybe that’s a good thing. Yes, many of you are a pain, a bit crazy, and really weird, but we have to accept all that. We are the only family we got and we’re stuck together, best to accept it and learn to enjoy it. Personally, I find the weird and crazy part kind of fun (minus any headbands or mud masks at 2AM of course), keeps things exciting! I also enjoy the random office visits that grind my work to a halt so we can have life discussions! These are good, it reminds me about what’s really important in life! I’m very lucky to have you guys and more than anything, my family makes life great. Family has certainly taught me much about perseverance.
