Dear Daughter

I know you had a tough test yesterday and you will have another one today. I think that by now your Mom and I have given you all the encouragement and advice we can and of course we will always be here for an unlimited supply of that. Nonetheless, you’re still facing a tough day  and we can’t save you from that, but maybe I can at least help you start your day with a smile on your face. I came across this picture yesterday of a dormouse on some flowers (I have no what a dormouse is), but I can’t help but smile every time I look at it. This little guy with his pink little hands, and those tiny little teeth just looks so happy. I would like to think that the little guy is that happy because he’s done with his tests. So get the day over with and be prepared to be that happy later – be the dormouse; whatever that is?
