Last weekend I had a monumental yard/gardening task that I had been putting off for way too long. Of course with yards, the longer you put it off, the worst the problem gets with things getting overgrown and leaves piling up, etc. I had finally built up the courage to tackle it and as I was getting ready to start when my son asked what I was up to and volunteered to help.  The project got done in one third of the time and the physical price my body paid was minor versus compared to doing it all myself. Life really is great when not only are your kids old enough to really help you, but they happily volunteer to assist you.
