Kiddies
I’ve always had a soft spot for birds and I think hummingbirds are just the coolest things in the world! They are of course so tiny and then the way they fly and hover is just incredible. Yesterday I posted something on Facebook about how I recently sold a house with a low hanging branch over the driveway that had a humming bird nest. The mamma had been sitting on the nest (actual picture on the left of her). The house needed lots of work so I’ve had to deal with making sure worker’s trucks don’t hit the nest – everyone thinks that I’m nuts… just as you kids do too! One baby has finally hatched and has grown huge, at least as big as a quarter (actual two pictures on the right.)
Anyway, the moral of the story is that many times it’s little things that make life great and seem the most incredible. Don’t overlook the little cool stuff!
